Account Executives (Openers and Closers)

The Account Executive position is responsible for following a sales process to speak intelligently with interested, prospective clients looking to diversify their investment portfolios with physical precious metals and developing relationships that are focused on helping clients achieve their diversification goals. We offer a large selection of gold, silver, and platinum coins and bars, as well as investment grade coins, for physical possession and as diversification tool for retirement accounts.

All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years phone sales experience. Previous sales experience in precious metals, insurance, commodities, and/or financial sales is considered a plus, but no license is needed. We are looking specifically for:

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner
  • A fearless, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for sales results
  • The ability to build relationships, provide excellent customer service, and recover quickly from rejection
  • Experience using the latest technology tools, databases and software
  • Ability to learn a complex business and have the discipline to focus their time on activities that will drive results
